I have a few pairs of minimalist running shoes. I run in Vibram Five Fingers Sprints, New Balance Minimus 10, Invisible Shoes Connect Sandals and Altra Instinct. I have run half marathons in the Vibrams, Invisible Shoes and Minimus pairs. Here is a comparison between my two favorite pairs, the Vibram's and Altra's. They are very different shoes and I did this comparison to see if my running style differed with them. With this, I think that I can say that they both encourage the runner to have a midfoot strike running form. I encourage all of you to pursue more natural forms of health in all areas of your life.
