I have a few pairs of minimalist running shoes. I run in Vibram Five Fingers Sprints, New Balance Minimus 10, Invisible Shoes Connect Sandals and Altra Instinct. I have run half marathons in the Vibrams, Invisible Shoes and Minimus pairs. Here is a comparison between my two favorite pairs, the Vibram's and Altra's. They are very different shoes and I did this comparison to see if my running style differed with them. With this, I think that I can say that they both encourage the runner to have a midfoot strike running form. I encourage all of you to pursue more natural forms of health in all areas of your life. Ezio now finds himself in Old Istanbul trying to locate 5 keys that will unlock great mysteries from Altair's hidden library under Masyaf. He is, once again, overcome with great adversity and continues in his search for truth. Personally, this is one of the most endearing Assassin's Creed experiences. (If you've played all the games) The face that you witness Ezio as a child and which him grow into an old man is a phenom of its own. We have literally experienced his entire life; and this emotional connection is the factor that I find most endearing. Hope you guys enjoy this commentary as much as I enjoyed making it.
